Orders & Payments

What products does Motion Boys sell?

Motion Boys is an ammunition shop. We sell ammunition and related shooting supplies (availability varies by stock and location).

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes—if guest checkout is enabled, you can purchase without creating an account.

How do I know my order went through?

After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, check Spam/Junk.

I entered the wrong email at checkout—what should I do?

Email support@motionboys.store with your name and order details so we can update it if possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed/shipped yet, contact support immediately to request cancellation.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t shipped, contact support ASAP. Address changes may not be possible once a shipping label is created.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Processing may take longer during high demand.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment fails, try another method or contact your bank/provider.

My payment failed—what can I do?

Double-check your card details and billing address, then try again or use another payment method.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Bulk pricing depends on product and availability. Email support with the caliber/type and quantity you need.

Do you restock sold-out ammunition?

Some items restock regularly while others are limited. If a “Notify me” option exists, use it to get restock alerts.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide or worldwide?

Shipping coverage depends on local laws and carrier restrictions. If your address is eligible, shipping options and rates will show at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on destination, weight, and carrier. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery dates may appear at checkout when available.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (if tracking is available).

Tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package—what now?

Check around your property and with neighbors/household members, then contact support with your order number so we can assist.

My package is delayed—what should I do?

Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. Keep checking tracking and contact support if it stalls for several days.

Returns & Refunds

Can ammunition be returned or exchanged?

For safety and compliance reasons, ammunition is often non-returnable once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support immediately with photos.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact support with your order number and photos of what you received so we can fix it quickly.

What if items are missing from my order?

Check your email for split-shipment updates, then contact support with photos of everything you received (including packaging).

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Do not use damaged ammunition. Take photos of the outer box, labels, and items, then email support so we can help.

Legal & Safety

Do I need to be legally eligible to buy ammunition?

Yes. Buyers must meet all local legal requirements (age limits, permits, restrictions). If unsure, contact support before ordering.

How do I confirm the right caliber for my firearm?

Check the markings on your firearm and your manufacturer manual and match the caliber exactly. If unsure, do not buy—ask a qualified gunsmith.

Are some calibers interchangeable?

Some cartridges may look similar, but using the wrong ammo can be dangerous. Only use ammunition specified by your firearm manufacturer.

What’s the difference between FMJ and JHP?

FMJ (full metal jacket) is often used for training; JHP (jacketed hollow point) is designed to expand. Always follow local laws and intended use.

What does “grain” (gr) mean?

“Grain” is a unit of weight for the projectile. Different weights can affect recoil, velocity, and point of impact.

How should I store ammunition safely?

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture, and keep it secured from unauthorized access (especially children).
